Help Shape the Future of Angels of Africa

Thank you for considering a leadership role with us. Our board members are more than just advisors; they are the heart of our mission to expand healthcare, ensure clean water access, and foster sustainable agroforestry across the communities we serve.

Why Join Our Board? As we transition our medical clinic into a full-service hospital and grow our environmental initiatives, we need diverse voices and hands-on leaders. Whether your expertise is in policy, healthcare, finance, or community building, your perspective is vital to our "Journey of Hope."

What the Board Does

(The Big Picture)

While our Executive Director handles the day-to-day work "on the ground," the Board looks at the horizon. They make sure the organization is honest, financially healthy, and focused on our five main pillars:

  • WATER: Managing our community water well project to ensure families have the health and dignity that comes with clean water.

  • PUBLICATION: Overseeing the Angels of Africa Press, using the power of books and education to transform lives.

  • HEALTH: Supporting our working clinic and medical outreach to provide care and relief to those who need it most.

  • EMPOWERMENT: Driving economic projects, from animal husbandry to agroforestry and tree planting, that help families build sustainable livelihoods.

Declaration of Candidacy

Board positions require a meaningful commitment of time, energy, leadership, and support for the mission of Angels of Africa. Candidates are encouraged to consider their personal and professional commitments for the upcoming year, as well as the ways they may contribute to the continued development and impact of the organization.
